SOUND HEALING

Sound healing is a therapeutic technique that uses tonal frequencies to promote deep relaxation. These sessions begin with Ourania guiding you with various relaxation and breathing practices. You will then be taken on an immersive experience using 432hz crystal singing bowls.
The vibrations emitted by the crystal singing bowls are rich in natural harmonics, which help reduce tension and anxiety and increase overall well-being.

I was at a stage in my life where I was always feeling flat and, I guess, stuck in a rut. I needed some direction in my life.
